Party in a Box is a curated celebration package that includes coordinated party decorations, accessories, and décor elements designed to create a beautiful, cohesive event without the stress of planning every detail yourself.
What comes in a Party in a Box package?
Each package varies by collection and tier but may include balloon décor, banners, backdrops, table décor, centerpieces, cake accessories, party signage, and coordinating decorative accents.
How do I choose the right package?
Our collections are available in multiple tiers to fit different budgets and event sizes. Each product page outlines exactly what is included so you can select the package that best fits your celebration.
Are the decorations customizable?
Many of our packages can be personalized with names, ages, school colors, themes, and special messages. Customization options will be listed on the product page.
Can I add extra decorations to my package?
Yes! You can enhance your Party in a Box with additional balloon décor, centerpieces, backdrops, cake accessories, photo booth props, LED rentals, and other party enhancements.
Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $50 across Canada and the United States. Standard shipping is $8 in Canada and $12 in the US for orders under $50. Express shipping available at checkout — $15 in Canada (1-3 days), $25 in
the US (2-5 days).
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Return
We accept returns on unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons,
we cannot accept opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
