When and how should I use this product?
Apply this product after cleansing and toning your skin, following the layering principle — go from thinnest to thickest texture. Press it gently into damp skin with your palms rather than rubbing, and wait about 30 seconds before applying the next layer.
For most products in this category, twice daily use (morning and evening) is ideal. If you're introducing it to a new routine, start with once a day for the first week to let your skin adjust, then gradually increase to twice daily.
Will this work for my skin type?
Each of our products is formulated with specific skin types in mind, and the recommended compatibility is listed at the top of this product page. As a general guide:
If your skin is sensitive or reactive, we recommend patch-testing first by applying a small amount to your inner forearm for 24 hours before applying to your face.
If you have known allergies or are pregnant or nursing, please review the full ingredient list and consult your healthcare provider if you're unsure about any specific ingredient.
How long until I see results?
Most considered skincare ingredients need consistent use over time to show visible results. As a general guide:
Hydration products (toners, essences, moisturizers) typically show visible plumping and dewy finish within 1-2 weeks of daily use.
Brightening products (Vitamin C, Niacinamide) typically show visible improvement in tone and dark spots after 4-8 weeks of consistent use.
Anti-aging products (peptides, retinoids) typically show visible firming and smoothing results after 8-12 weeks of consistent use.
Calming products (Centella, Cica) often show immediate soothing effects within hours, with long-term barrier improvement over 2-4 weeks.
Skincare moves on its own timeline. Consistency matters more than intensity — use the product as directed, daily, for at least 4-6 weeks before evaluating results.

How should I store this, and how long does it last?
Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Bathrooms are convenient but can be too humid for some formulations — a bedroom shelf or vanity drawer is often a better choice.
Once opened, most of our products are best used within:
12 months for moisturizers, creams, and balms
6-12 months for serums, ampoules, and essences
6 months for products with active ingredients like Vitamin C or AHA/BHA
The "PAO" symbol (an open jar with a number, like "12M") on each product indicates the recommended use-by period after opening.

Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $50 across Canada and the United States. Standard shipping is $8 in Canada and $12 in the US for orders under $50. Express shipping available at checkout — $15 in Canada (1-3 days), $25 in
the US (2-5 days).
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Return
We accept returns on unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons,
we cannot accept opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
